About Colleen -
Colleen has been a Health & Wellness Coach for over 15 years, she has been practising and teaching meditation for the past 20 years. A teacher of Tai Chi & Qigong, a vegan chef who is passionate about healthy eating and wellbeing. She has run wellness retreats in the UK, Europe and Asia. Originally from a corporate background, she is aware of the pressure and stress within the fast paced city & corporate environment. She has created a wellness programme, specifically for people living in an urban, city environment to help them towards a happier and healthier lifestyle change.
